Non recourse means WE assume the credit risk. Once we buy the bill from you it is our responsibility to collect the invoice.

Unless there is a reason we cannot legally collect the balance of the freight bill, we cannot "charge it back" to you. Many factoring companies promise low rates, but then charge the invoice back (force you to buy it back from them) after 60 days or if they experience problems in collecting on the bill.
